As the 2025 season regular season comes to the end across Sunshine Coast Rugby League, the Noosa Pirates Rugby League Club is quietly setting its sights on a monumental achievement: getting eight teams into the finals, 3 senior teams and 5 International Junior teams
The teams into the finals are:
Seniors- A-Grade, Reserve Grade and our Open Women’s teams
International Junior Teams: U13 Girls who finished up unbeaten and the Minor Premiers, U14 Boys, U15 Girls, U15 Boys and U17 boys who all were 3rd on the ladders in their respective divisions.
The Mighty Noosa Pirates will at home on Saturday with 2 Senior games and 1 Junior game. The U17 Boys kick off at 2:45 against Kawana. Followed by the Reserve Grade men at 4:00 pm against Stanley River and finally the big Clash A Grade Men verses Kawana at 5:30 pm. It’s going to be a big Saturday for the Club so come on down and show your support for the locals.
Now to our amazing junior internationals. Kicking of the weekend the U15 Boys taking on Gympie down in Beerwah starting at 6:00 pm on Friday followed by our 15 Girls taking on Caboolture Yellow Girls at 7:10 in Beerwah.
Then the U14 Boys play Saturday taking on Caboolture at Beerwah starting at 11:00am.
Our U13 Girls get the weekend off being minor premiers and head straight into the Prelims next weekend and the Open women also kick off their final’s series next weekend.
It’s great to see how the Noosa Pirates have built a strong winning culture at the Club from A grade all the way down to their junior teams, making it one of the strongest Clubs of any code in the region. Go you Might Pirates
